The Silver Knights Baton Corps is based in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.  We are a non-profit organization devoted to assisting the young people of our community refine their athletic skills, gain self confidence and  learn sportsman-like conduct while working together as a team.

The Silver Knights Baton Corps was organized in 1967.

Director: Jo Ann Lauer Britton

The current Director of the Silver Knights, Jo Ann has held this position since 1989.  Jo Ann was the featured twirler for Northwestern University.

Parade Corps Director: Wendy Kuminowski

Wendy is a former Illinois Champion and has been a Silver Knight member since 1981.

Choreographer: Dennis Daniels 

Dennis is a featured Broadway dancer and has been a dancer in movies including Grease, Grease 2 and Stayin' Alive.  Additionally, Dennis has been a dancer in numerous music videos.

Twirling Instructor: Tricia Thomson

• World Team representative in Amsterdam, Holland, 1993
• Member of the Silver Knights since 1984.

Twirling Instructor: Meganne Britton

• Grand National Twirling Champion (twice).
• Miss Majorette of America (three times).
• World Team member (1996 & 2000).
• Featured Twirler, University of Arkansas. 
• Member of the Silver Knights since 1987.
