St Pat's Day Parade
Winterfest is traditionally the first major baton competition in the Chicago are each year. Its a chance for twirlers to show off the results of their long hours of practice in the gym and for teams and corps to get on the floor before a live audience with their new routines. Attendance was up this year and lots of twirlers came from out of state to perform. Congratulations to all the attendees on their great performances! See the pictures of Winterfest 2008!
There was a great turn-out for the 2008 Fun Competition! Everyone met at the Bridgeview, Illinois Park District on a snowy February evening to see some talented young twirlers show us their best! The Silver Knights officiated the competition and members of the Bridgeview Starlets showed us their best! In the end, everyone walked out with a trophy as well as some new-found friendships. The Silver Knights look forward to more events in conjunction with the Bridgeview Starlets! See the pictures!
